Brief word about my service

www.plays-r-ussell.com offers play scripts for primary and secondary schools, available from writer and teacher, Sue Russell. Whether you are looking for plays to be read within the classroom, delivering the Key Stage Two (plus) curriculum via guided reading scripts; or looking for drama to be performed as assemblies, musicals or pantomimes in front of school audiences; or drama club resources encouraging children and young actors to build up their confidence – look no further – plays-r-ussell aims to provide about as comprehensive a collection of school plays as you could find. This collection is a work in progress and a write on request service is an added bonus. Feel free to submit your request and/or make suggestions as to how the service could be usefully expanded/developed

It is my aim to provide as efficient a service as is possible. I do this by responding to all email enquiries within 24 hours plus sending scripts out as email attachments, again within 24 hours of receiving an order, as a 'back-up' service to the website.

I am happy to answer all queries, via telephone or email - whichever is easier. As the writer of all the scripts that appear on this website, I can answer all questions on their content i.e. best year group match, subject coverage etc.

I am also open to taking orders via above media, followed by invoice.

Quick word about PayPal i.e. ordering directly from my website.  Paying via PayPal should be the easiest and quickest way of ordering. However, sometimes this option does need persistence which I can understand is very frustrating i.e.  when it doesn’t work the first time. Now I am back in the UK I can offer a better service for the times when ordering on-line doesn't go according to plan. I can be contacted (as above) and, when necessary, can offer a payment by invoice solution (when PayPal isn’t an option). Obviously from my point of view, customers ordering directly off the website via PayPal is a lot less hassle – raising invoices takes time and we’re all working against the clock! But as computers don’t always co-operate, I am fully prepared to work around them.

I am currently 'updating' the ordering side of my website so this should be easier in future. Apologies to those experiencing technical difficulties - I hope the personal nature of my service in some small way makes up for this frustration.
