In the light of yesterday's news coverage concerning the actions of some 'misguided' priest in the States (see Blog) I would like to draw teachers' attention to my free script on Different World Religions - an attempt to promote tolerance and understanding in our world. (I am currently working to correct the download fault on this particular script so if you'd like a copy, just drop me an email request in the meantime and I will email it back to you)

- 'Anti-heroes' for November (such as Guy Fawkes i.e. those who haven't quite made it to hero status but have managed to find a place in the history books - for whatever reason!)

At last! Annual subscription now available - the ultimate discount deal - this allows you to download my entire collection - for the cost of 4 scripts (if performance rights included) or 9 scripts (without performance rights). At my most recent calculation, you will save at least a thousand pounds - or more, as I am adding scripts all the time.
Important notice re: ordering. I always send out pdf and word attachments on receipt of an order - just in case download direct from the website poses problems. PLEASE check junk folder if you are awaiting a script as I do sometimes end up there! Also, if you are looking for a specific subject/theme which doesn't feature in the catalogue, email me and I will see if I can provide the script (as part of my 'write to order' service).
If you are ordering scripts off my site as a normal paying customer, a brief word about 'performance rights'. I have always tried to keep my charges right down - and continue to do so. I do not wish customers to make the decision on whether to buy my scripts purely on whether they can afford them or not. I imagine most school budgets can cover the additional 'performance charge' but if you, as an individual teacher cannot stretch to this fee, please feel free (as many do) to click on 'for classroom use only' box which means you will only have to pay for the script alone. If you take out a subscription, you only pay for one performance rights certificate - which for a collection of 60 assemblies and around that number again of guided reading scripts, performance poems and quizzes - is a pretty good deal.
My work covers curriculum and non-curriculum-based scripts as well as 'Key Dates/Events'. The World Cup has been and gone but will be followed in 2012 by The Olympics - current scripts available in sports section of assemblies and guided reading scripts but I will be adding to and producing a separate section devoted to The Olympics (as I did for World Cup) a little closer to 2012!

Hope everyone enjoyed the holidays - mine were spent moving house! Just about 'sorted' - Sky arrives today!
