I thought these scripts might help cheer everyone up in these damp dismal months at the beginning of the year (well, in GB, anyway!)

They are taken from the PSHE section of this website.

The first one – on Buddhism – may seem an odd choice but I feel the Buddhist message (on simple non commercial happiness) is one we could all, in the ‘Material West’, benefit from!
