Description
Hilliers Gardens May/June 2014
This lecture – with over 300 slides! – is a visual romp through what Hilliers offers its visiting public during the beautiful months of May and June – its azalea and rhodedendron displays competing even with the likes of Exbury.
But Hilliers is so much more than just plants – there are exhibitions on all year round and I thoroughly enjoyed the sculptures, dotted around the gardens – some in the most unexpected places.
So, this one is a feast for the eyes – and for the ears? I may just throw in some beautiful accompanying Fleur de Lys classical music. I only wish I could replicate the scents!
